The contact tool prepares a draft in your browser. It does not submit or store your name, email, organisation or message on this website. Sending through your email app shares the information with Gopherwood via email. Information received is used to respond and discuss the potential engagement.

The needs explorer

The explorer runs in your browser. It does not require personal details. If you choose “Discuss this brief”, the non-personal discussion summary is kept temporarily in your current browser tab’s session storage so it can be included in the contact draft. You can deselect it before preparing an email. Starting again clears that saved summary.

Website analytics

Gopherwood uses Google Analytics to understand how people find and use this website. It may collect information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, referring source and selected website interactions. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies. Gopherwood does not send the names, email addresses or message text entered into the enquiry draft to Google Analytics.

Gopherwood does not use advertising pixels on this website. The hosting service may also process technical access information to operate and secure the site. Links to external sites are governed by those sites’ own practices.

Commercial guidance

The operating-model comparison and needs explorer are general commercial starting points. Contract terms and the asset’s circumstances determine the actual allocation of income, control and risk. A specific recommendation requires review of the brief and relevant agreements.

Scope of advice

Gopherwood provides hospitality and commercial advisory, not legal, tax, audit, valuation, quantity surveying, engineering, architecture, town planning or financial product advice. Specialist advice and appointments are separately approved by the client.

Specialist introductions

Where a matter falls outside Gopherwood’s scope, we can suggest or introduce independent specialists with relevant expertise. An introduction is not a guarantee of a provider’s advice, performance or suitability. The client must carry out its own due diligence, assess qualifications, insurance and terms, and decide whether to appoint the provider.

Specialists are engaged under their own agreed scope and terms and are responsible for their services. Unless separately agreed in writing, Gopherwood does not supervise or assume responsibility for their work. Any referral fees or material conflicts are disclosed. Nothing in this statement excludes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The selected career examples describe TJ’s prior executive roles, not Gopherwood client mandates. Project scenarios describe representative engagement types. The coastal hotel hero is AI-generated illustrative concept imagery and does not represent a client property.
